1/2 frozen banana
• 1/2 cup frozen steamed zucchini coins
• 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
• 1/2 cup frozen steamed beet
•Spinach
• 2 Tbsp @funk.it.wellness seed blend
• 1 Tbsp @akashasuperfoods purple sea moss gel
• 1 cup water
• 1 @jooliesdates
• 1 scoop protein (I used @sproutliving pea protein)
• 1 spoonful yogurt (I used blueberry lavva)
