We are in an industry where health, diets, restriction is all still spoken and glorified every single day. The lasting effects of this culture is catastrophic, to the point where most of us know someone who has suffered or continues to suffer from disordered eating. Lark Ellen is based in the ethos of goodness. What does this mean to us? This means showing up as the kindest versions of ourselves, and also having grace for the times where we are less than perfect. Being the hand someone can hold, the friend who shows up with soup, and also the person who shows up for themselves. We love organic ingredients, we love whole plant ingredients, we also LOVE a beautifully crafted donut. Our products are meant to fit into your everyday, they are meant to be enjoyed with their delicious flavors. We love being accessible to people with various allergies and conditions, we also value just being a really yummy snack. We know this is different outlook than a lot of the industry we reside in, but we stand firmly in our desire to make food for every body. For every body to be celebrated just as it is.
