Recipe for Kitchen Sink Cookies // Developed by Cori Finglass of Matcha and Margs
Dry:1 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pink salt
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/3 cup @larkellenfarms Grain Free Maple Raisin Cereal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 chocolate bar, crushed + chopped
Wet:
2 tsp date or maple syrup
2 1/2 tbsp hazelnut butter
1 egg or flax egg
1 tbsp coconut oil
Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix all of the wet ingredients and dry ingredients respectively in separate bowls, combine them and then fold in the “kitchen sink” toppings! Roll into small balls, place them on the cookie sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes depending on your oven. Next step is the best... devour!
