Our Story


Founded in the heart of California by Kelley, Lark Ellen Farm is a labor of love rooted in a deep appreciation for nature's bounty. Our story started when Kelley, a passionate health enthusiast, struggled to find snacks that aligned with her dietary needs. Frustrated by the lack of options that were both nutritious and delicious, she set out to create her own.

Drawing inspiration from the abundance of fresh, organic ingredients available in her local community, she began experimenting in her kitchen, blending together nuts, seeds, and dried fruits to create innovative flavor combinations.

She sold her new creations at the Farmer's Market in her hometown of Ojai, California.
